Maceration for 4 days with 2 daily remountings.
Alcoholic fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels of 4 wines, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Production limited to 4,800 bottles
Eye: Cherry red with violet trim.
Nose: Seductive with the presence of red, fresh and sweet fruit. Notes of balsamic aromas (licorice) and Mediterranean herbs (lavender).
Mouth: Fresh, fruity, almost explosive entry with a light finish without marked tannicity.
