Terroir: Granitic arena and clayey soil (“sauló”)

Fermentation: spontaneous on indigenous yeasts, during 25 days of maceration with 2 bâtonnages (Stirring) per day. Fermentation of the different juices is done separately. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Limited production – 4,800 bottles
Eye: Carmine red.
Nose: Seductive with the presence of red, fresh and sweet fruit. Notes of balsamic aromas (licorice) and Mediterranean herbs (lavender).
Mouth: Fresh, fruity, almost explosive entry with a light finish without marked tannicity.
