Type: white wine with a slight aging in oak barrels
Terroir : “sauló” (Sandy clay)
Varieties: Pansa blanca and white grenache
Added value: Organic wine (Without certification) and manual harvesting
Fermentation: Pansa Blanca is aged in French oak barrels, on lees and with regular stirring. Grenache is aged in stainless steel tanks
Aging: 2 months stay in French oak barrels.
Eye: Pale yellow lemon color with green tones.
Nose: On the nose, we noticed, initially, floral aromas (Lys) and white fruits (apple, pear) although tropical (exotic) fruit and a slight aroma of carved grass appear later.
Mouth: In the mouth, it is dry, with good acidity, fruit of the sauló terroir (Sandy clay) and a slight salt taste of the Mediterranean. The palate is balanced and rounded by a feeling of freshness that persists throughout all its path.

It is very pleasant to enjoy while sharing a drink on the run, for light snacks, with seafood and various fish, salads or rice dishes and also with a roasted suckling pig.
