Pale yellow lemon color with green tones.
On the nose, we noticed, initially, floral aromas (Lys) and white fruits (apple, pear) although tropical (exotic) fruit and a slight aroma of carved grass appear later.
In the mouth it is dry, with good acidity, fruit of the sauló terroir (Sandy clay) and a slight salt taste of the Mediterranean. The palate is balanced and rounded by a feeling of freshness that persists throughout all its path.
Food and wine…
It is very pleasant to enjoy while sharing a drink on the run, for light snacks, with seafood and various fish, salads or rice dishes and also with a roasted suckling pig.
