Celler Testuan’s ancestral 2020 is the first sparkling white wine we have made with single-variety of “pansa blanca” from the Alella / Maresme area (Barcelona). Fermented in chestnut barrels and in bottle without added sugars or sulphites. It is made according to the ancestral method, with a single fermentation and organic micro production without certification.
Eye: attractive pale-yellow color with a fine, vivid bubble.
Nose: we can perceive varietal notes, white fruit such as pear or apples and fennel.
Mouth: it has a soft, not heavy entry with a light and elegant carbon. Refreshing and very nice.
