Tasting sheet
Eye: Pale yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Subtle notes of white fruit and flowers. Intense aromas of ripe and tropical fruits that stand out before a slighly citric finish.
Mouth: Voluminous, soft and fresh at the same time. Its acidity structures a dry wine with fruity notes, and a broad and almost lactic finish.
Food and wine pairing
Alone, as a light aperitif, with seafood or fish, salads or rice, but also with a grilled suckling pig. An amazing chameleon.
